I founded Mario & Squeegee and ran it through university. I handle sales and operations at Callout, so I’m the first person most owners talk to. I sat in the first United Nations Global Dialogue on Artificial Intelligence Governance, so I understand the nuances of this technology better than most.
Who you’re talking to.
I founded Mario & Squeegee, a window services company, and ran it through university. Later I turned a school bus into a tiny home with no plan and no experience, and now I rent it out. Renting it taught me to be diligent about the mechanical side and to build real trust with the people staying in it, because they’re putting their faith in me and I’m putting my tiny home in their hands.
That’s roughly how I think about AI as well. In July 2026 I sat in the first United Nations Global Dialogue on Artificial Intelligence Governance, and what stuck with me is how much of the safety checking still depends on the companies building these tools. A big company has a legal team to ask the hard questions. A twelve person HVAC shop has me, and I take that responsibility seriously. So I ask where your data is stored, whether it’s used to train anyone’s model, and who else touches it.
Day to day I handle sales and operations at Callout and I’m the first person most owners talk to. The first call is mostly me asking questions and trying to see the business from your side. If we’re not the right fit I’d rather point you to someone who is. Outside work I love spending my time in nature. Big lover of the ocean and a sucker for a good adventure.
They care whether you can deliver on the promise, whether you can do it consistently, and whether they’re going to feel good about having hired you. Price objections are almost never about price.

You can be completely prepared and it counts for nothing if you don’t understand the perspective of the person across the table. Resourcefulness and a human centred read go further than a purely analytical one, in a negotiation and in a sales call.
The questions he actually likes answering.
“Two things, and they’re connected. A digital presence that doesn’t earn the click, and no real effort to turn the lead that does come in into a customer. Most owners only fix one.”
“Nothing about the tools. It changed the timing. The rules are being written now by people who have never run a truck, so if you’re a service business the window to adopt AI on your own terms is open, and it is genuinely exciting at a fraction of the cost.”
“Honestly, because I really wanted to live in it and travel and have the freedom to be in nature as much as possible. I dreamed of being able to surf and work from anywhere. The bus seemed like a unique way to solve both problems.”

He’ll ask what you’re building toward and what’s standing in the way, and tell you straight whether we can help. It’s a gut check both ways.
