About Callout

We ran the
trucks before
we ran the
software.

Callout Digital is an AI first software and automation company. We started as a marketing agency for contractors and watched the leads leak because nobody had a system behind the phone. So we built one. We are a Canadian company, three owners, and we sell the outcome: every call answered, every job quoted, every job booked.

The partners

Three operators. No account managers.

One of us is on your account. Each has their own page, click through and you’ll see exactly who you’re getting.

Rick Chorney
Software & Product

Knocked doors on straight commission, worked a dealership service department, ran pest control routes, then built his own cleaning company and scaled it with AI. Featured in Fortune, March 2026.

Marcos Avina
Sales & Operations

Started a window washing company through his UBC degree, then a master’s in public policy and delegate seats at the G20 and World Bank youth summits. The first call you’ll take.

Simon Tesfalem
Growth & Media

Born in Eritrea, raised across Uganda and Germany, arrived in Toronto with no roadmap and taught himself paid acquisition from scratch. Eighteen leads in seven days on ten dollars a day.

How we work

Four rules we don’t bend.

Rule 01
No hostages

You own files, accounts, data and domain from day one, even if you stop paying. Built after a host threatened to pull Rick’s site over a declined $99 payment.

Rule 02
0% of your spend

Flat fees. Your ad budget goes to the platform, not through us. We don’t earn more when you spend more.

Rule 03
A partner on the account

One of the three of us, every time. Not a coordinator, not a ticket queue, not offshore.

Rule 04
We say no

If the system won’t pay for itself in your business, we’ll tell you on the first call and point you somewhere better.

revenue

Rick’s own cleaning company, Echo Janitorial. Revenue tripled and is projected to reach $1.3M this year. He put an AI agent on the phone, automated intake and follow up and cut the busywork. Featured in Fortune, March 2026.

We did it to ourselves first

We don’t sell what we don’t run.

Every partner has run a service business. Every tool on this page is one we use in our own companies, including Engine, the software we built to run Callout itself instead of renting someone else’s. That’s why the demo works on your business, not a slide deck.

No pitch

Talk to one of us.

Not a form that lands in a queue, fifteen minutes with a partner who has run the kind of business you’re running.
